Pilates for Tight Hips

You asked for it….it’s here: PILATES for TIGHT HIPS.

If you sit or stand for long periods of time daily or if you’re pregnant, you’ve most likely experienced tightness and tension on your hips. Can you relate?

Tight hips could be due to various causes from muscles overuse to repetitive motion to under-utilized to weak muscles.

Tightness on the hips can limit your mobility, proper engagement of your muscles during movement or exercises, and even cause pain.

Tight hips is very common. The GOOD NEWS is that there is something you can do about it! It’s simpler than you may think. You can do it without any special equipment or props.

In this highly requested quick and effective Pilates class, I will lead you through movements and stretches to

  • Open your hips,

  • Release and prevent hips tightness and discomfort

  • Build strength

so that you can restore freedom and power back to your body and mind. Sound good to you?

Pilates for Tight Hips is also a great routine to prevent hips tightness and discomfort.

BONUS: This restorative Pilates class is also pre-natal friendly. If you’re an expecting mom, I will provide supportive and safe modifications for you and your growing belly. :)
