I am traveling out of town this week for the first time on my own without kids or husband in tow for the first time in a long time! Big week! ;-)
I am writing this email to you from my hotel bed in California after a long travel day with two flights. I am thankful for a lunch by the ocean and walks on the beach today. As much I love to travel, explore, and learn, one thing that I struggle with is the way my body feels restricted and stiff on an airplane. How about you?
Holiday season is a busy air travel season. Sitting in a small space like an airplane seat for a long time with limited space to move and stretch can be exhausting, stressful and painful.
That's exactly why I created Pilates in Airplane video. I did these stretches myself today while flying. You can also perform these stretch routine at your chair at home or work. Airplane optional. :)
This exercise series will help you move, stretch, and perhaps even prevent or treat pain even on an airplane. :)
